Revinu, and our related company, provide sustainable treatment and management solutions for our municipal and industrial clients. Our services encompass transportation, rental equipment, waste processing, recycling, and disposal services for municipalities in Florida and throughout the United States. The Company also produces and sells eco-friendly fertilizer and various water treatment chemicals.
Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will contribute to the success of the Company and protect the owners’ investment by collecting customer data, analyzing data collected and supporting sales and finance throughout the bidding, quoting and contractual process. The role also maintains equipment and contract databases. Additional responsibilities include administrative support for the divisions along with assistance with exploring relevant opportunities to bid, bid preparation and project scoping. Reports to General Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Support sales and operations with administrative requirements and technical requirements Responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of company databases, contract files, and contract requirements summary (important dates, pricing, etc.) Assistance with service billing Coodination of company communication and logistics Monitoring bid portals and scoping potential bid projects Support finance with administrative requirements for quotes, bids and contracts. Preparation of municipal bids, quotes, bid models and proposal packages, sales proposals and tenders for submission and coordinate submission activity with relevant stakeholders Ensure quality and accuracy of bids and tenders prepared and submitted within required timeframes Responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of company databases, equipment status, contract files, and contract requirements summary (important dates, pricing, etc.) Maintain municipal vendor registrations, market survey data, and prepare regulatory reports Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (preferred) 2-3 years’ experience in a sales operations or administrative role, rentals, municipal waste processing & disposal or related field Experience with preparation of municipal bids and tenders Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to travel as required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong experience with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and CRM Willingness to learn and should be able to flourish in a growing, dynamic environment
