Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to support seasonal business operations by promoting the use of the H-2A and H-2 B Work Visa Programs, as well as assisting with the recruitment of seasonal workers. These positions require daily travel to client locations—including farms, nurseries, resorts, landscaping sites, and event venues—to generate sales, provide product or service recommendations, and assist with seasonal service coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites, including farms, residential communities, resorts, and job locations. Market and sell products or services based on seasonal needs (e.g., farm inputs, landscaping packages, harvest support, tourism, and holiday services). Conduct field visits to assess client needs, deliver product or service demonstrations, and provide usage recommendations. Prepare and deliver quotes, complete sales orders, and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions. Coordinate with internal logistics and service teams to ensure proper and timely delivery of goods and services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through seasonal follow-ups and service support. Stay informed about local market trends and industry-specific seasonal fluctuations.

Minimum Requirements:

Willingness to travel daily to outdoor and remote work locations. Familiarity with seasonal business operations in agriculture, landscaping, hospitality, or events preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with clients; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively. Valid driver’s license preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, temporary position. Workdays and hours may vary based on seasonal demand and weather conditions. Weekend and holiday availability may be required. This range aligns with both the average earnings and the living wage requirements, ensuring that the compensation is both competitive and sufficient for a comfortable lifestyle in Florida.​ Can reduce the salary to a lower amount and add a commission-based position incentive
