Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers Help customers find the perfect powersports vehicle, gear, and accessories Establish lasting relationships with exceptional service and advice Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Work as a team to Achieve agreed upon sales targets Stay on top of the latest industry trends and products Continuously improve through feedback and communication with customers Skills Passion for powersports and adventure A love for learning and a positive attitude Great communication skills and a friendly vibe Highly motivated and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
