Description:

The Boating Specialist in Fiberglass Boat Sales is a key role within our organization. This position is responsible for effectively promoting and selling fiberglass boats to potential customers, playing a significant role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Prospecting:

Identify and engage potential customers interested in purchasing fiberglass boats.

Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing expert advice.

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of fiberglass boats, including features, specifications, and benefits.

Sales Presentations:

Deliver persuasive and informative presentations to highlight the advantages of our fiberglass boats.

Consultative Selling:

Utilize a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend suitable boat options.

Demonstrations:

Arrange and conduct boat demonstrations and sea trials.

Quoting and Pricing:

Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for customers.

Negotiations:

Negotiate sales terms effectively, including pricing, financing, and delivery.

Contract Preparation:

Assist customers with sales contracts and necessary paperwork.

Customer Support:

Provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process.

Sales Reporting:

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred). Experience in sales, preferably in the marine or boating industry. In-depth knowledge of fiberglass boats.
