Monday-Friday schedule (8 AM-5 PM), leaving your evenings and weekends free.
Supportive team environment that fosters professional growth. Compensation $20-$24/hour, depending on experience (DOE). What You’ll Be Doing Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Provide outstanding customer service, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
Support outside sales representatives with quotes, leads, and maintaining records.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall goals.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports.
Stay up-to-date on HVAC products, features, and applications. What You’ll Need to Be Considered Knowledge of HVAC or similar products preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
