Sales Representative for Women’s Fashion Line Topaz Design Group Inc. Sarasota, FL Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team for our branded Fashion Line. Topaz Design Group has been in business since 1994. Sales Representative will be calling on Clothing Boutiques, Gift Shops, and Museum Stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory in the State of Florida building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective account management and strategic outreach. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills to successfully promote our products and services. Sales Representative should have some previous background in Fashion and a keen eye for styling. We pay a weekly draw plus commission. Duties Manage and develop assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate new business leads. Perform product demos to showcase features and benefits to prospective customers. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility. Provide ongoing account management to ensure client needs are met effectively. Skills Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in technical sales, demonstrating a solid understanding of product specifications. Proven account management abilities, fostering long-term relationships with clients. Proficient in analyzing market data to drive strategic decision-making. Skilled in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction. Experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
