Our farm sells at 5 farmers markets every weekend to spread the magic of microgreens to our community. The position pays a $100-$150 flat rate for the day, in addition to commission and tips. Pay during training will be $75 per day. Training days do not include commission or tips. Available work days are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

A day in the life:

Early in the morning, you will drive to our farm (located in Altamonte Springs), leave your car at the farm and drive our pre-packed SUV to the market. Once you arrive at the market, you’ll unload the car and set up your stand for the day. You’ll have about 5 hours of selling microgreens at the market. After the market, you’ll pack up and drive the SUV back to the farm. You’ll be done with your day by 2-4pm

Job Requirements:

RELIABILITY

• Good communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales preferred, but not mandatory
• A passion for plant medicine
