Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Rep’s core duties will include, but are not limited to: Sales Support & Lead Generation Conduct online research and utilize databases to identify potential leads. Assist with outbound communication efforts, including email and phone campaigns targeting educational institutions and corporate training organizations. Maintain and update CRM records (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups. Client Engagement & CRM Management Support communication with prospective and current clients under guidance from the sales team. Track customer interactions and help develop materials for onboarding and ongoing client engagement. Sales Strategy & Performance Analysis Assist in analyzing sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities. Join team meetings to contribute ideas related to sales goals, outreach efforts, and customer engagement strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with teams in Marketing, Product, and Client Management to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated outreach. Help prepare sales presentations, performance reports, and proposals for both internal stakeholders and prospective clients.
