Job Description

Inside Sales Representative Partners Personnel Lake Mary, FL 32746 Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships through effective communication and sales strategies. This position will be located in Lake Mary, FL and is offered as a Temp to hire, 1st shift Monday-Friday. Base pay in line with market plus commission/bonus. You must currently be located in vicinity of Lake Mary and be comfortable with the commute. Strong preference given to sales experience in the manufacturing/production industry. Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize business development initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Qualifications
