In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through proactive outbound communication, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., phone, email, online research). Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Customer Engagement:
Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels. Understand customer needs and tailor product/service solutions accordingly. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Sales Process:
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. Present product/service information and benefits effectively. Negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Sales Performance:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Track and report on sales activities and results.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Utilize CRM to manage leads, opportunities, and customer data.
