Adecco is assisting local client in recruiting for a current a Inside Sales Representative opening in Lake Mary, FL This is for a temp-to-hire opportunity. As a Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responsibilities as listed below. now if you meet the qualifications listed below.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (e.g., phone, email, online research).
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Customer Engagement:

Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other channels.
Understand customer needs and tailor product/service solutions accordingly.
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Sales Process:

Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Present product/service information and benefits effectively.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Trach and report on sales activities and results.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay Details:

$21.00 to $25.00 per hour
