Full Job Description Job Summary:
Strada Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Security Sales Representative, specializing in customer retention and cancellation saves. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers considering cancellation and work to retain their business through personalized solutions, education, and value reinforcement. A secondary responsibility will be to generate new sales from potential clients when opportunities arise. Your contributions will be instrumental in helping us maintain strong client relationships, retain loyal customers, and ensure sustainable growth.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with customers at risk of cancellation to identify concerns and offer tailored solutions that address their needs. Highlight the benefits of current and upgraded services to retain customer loyalty. Develop strong customer relationships by understanding their security needs and providing appropriate recommendations to improve their satisfaction. Support new client sales efforts by generating sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Conduct product demonstrations via web conferencing tools as needed. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products to provide customers with relevant and valuable information. Achieve and exceed customer retention and new sales targets on a monthly basis.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving. Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to effectively communicate the value of services and tailor conversations to individual customer needs. Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong understanding of security and low voltage systems preferred.
Education and Experience:
Proven experience in inside sales, customer retention, or customer service roles, ideally in the security or low voltage industry. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
