We’re looking for a Junior Customer Success Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is passionate about supporting clients, building relationships, and contributing to a positive customer journey. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring our clients are set up for success from day one and continue to find value in our products over time.
What You’ll Do:
Own onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring they feel confident and supported as they begin using Patronscan. Build strong relationships with customers by providing regular check-ins, answering questions, and guiding them through their journey. Create and maintain training materials such as user guides, tutorials, and FAQs to support self-service learning. Support account management tasks , including maintaining accurate records in the CRM, monitoring customer health, and flagging potential issues to the team. Collaborate across teams (Sales, Support, and Product) to ensure customer needs are communicated and met. Track usage and engagement metrics to help identify opportunities for increased product adoption and customer success. Contribute to team improvements , bringing ideas for how we can improve processes, tools, and the customer experience. We are a small but mighty team and are looking for someone with a positive attitude and incredible organization skills to help our team do their best work. Our ideal candidate will have the following skills: Super organized with strong attention to detail Clear and professional communicator (written and verbal) Outgoing and sociable – a lot of our clients are in entertainment, hospitality and retail and we love getting out to visit them in the community Comfortable juggling tasks and managing time independently Curious and eager to learn (we’ll show you the ropes!)
