We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and experienced Outside Distributor Sales Representative to cover the Central Florida territory.
Job Description:
As an Outside Distributor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing accurate and timely quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through responsive service. This position requires regular travel within Central Florida to visit clients and identify sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively develop and grow a customer base within the Central Florida region. Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes for lighting products. Provide tailored solutions and support based on each customer’s unique needs. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage communications and sales activity. Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall company growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the lighting industry. Strong understanding of quoting procedures and lighting product applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
