Source new business through cold calls, networking events, and referral outreach. Coordinate white-glove touchpoints—progress updates, design tweaks, and celebratory pool handoffs. What You Bring 3+ years selling high-ticket residential construction, luxury home products, or related services. Confidence closing $150k-$1M projects with high-net-worth clients. Polished communication skills, relentless follow-up, and CRM fluency. Hunter mindset plus relationship-builder finesse.
