We are seeking a motivated Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team and help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while supporting market expansion efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in the regulatory field, with opportunities to grow and gain hands-on experience in both regulatory affairs and business development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, submission, and management of regulatory documentation, including INDs, NDAs, and annual reports. Maintain and track regulatory filings to ensure compliance with health authorities. Support the review of product labeling, packaging, and advertising materials to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor regulatory changes and guidance updates to align with current requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R D, Commercial, and Production. Support regulatory activities for product registration in new domestic and international markets. Assist in compiling documentation for pricing, reimbursement, and market access submissions. Help identify and track regulatory requirements for expansion into new territories.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or related field. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prior internship or exposure to regulatory affairs, market access, or pharmaceutical business development is a plus but not required.
