- Outbound calls to existing customers to renew contract,upsell/crosss sell
- Engage existing customers in needs based dialogue to determineappropriate solutions.
- Gather information from existing customers in order to close thesale.
- Show pride and enthusiasm in brand to motivate existing customersto act on proposed solutions.
- Understand products and services to be able to sell features andbenefits in a consultative sales dialogue.
- Show mastery in building rapport, handling objections, andprofessionalism in fast-paced environment.
- Meets or exceeds departmental metrics as established overtime.
- Complete and deliver all information for seamlesscommunication.
- Maintain all standards for quality and compliance.
- Proven ability to apply and properly execute business proceduresin a changing environment.
- Deliver excellent care to all contacts.
Qualifications:
- Ability to resolve objections, recognize and identify keyplayers, client pain and sales opportunities quickly.
- Analytical & critical thinking skills
- Exhibit excellent time management, organizational andmulti-tasking skills.
- Ability to relate to and empathize with business owners withintarget market.
- Must demonstrate a proficiency in verbal and writtencommunication to include spelling, grammar and proper use of theEnglish language.
- Must exhibit a demonstrated track record of quality andcompliance adherence.
- Good interpersonal, problem solving and active listeningskills.
- Good business acumen with the ability to deliver accurateinformation.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Must possess positive “can-do” attitude and strong workethic.
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well asindependently.
- Possess personal accountability and ethical behavior at alltimes.
