Leads are provided at no cost, and all appointments can be done virtually. While you do not need to have direct sales experience, we ARE looking for candidates with stellar communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and those who are looking to grow with us. Our Agency assists individuals with virtual enrollment in benefit programs, such as Life Insurance and Supplemental Benefits. We are an exclusive company that has worked with union members & licensed professionals for over 70 years. This is a competitive sales arena with room for unlimited growth & advancement within the company. We are currently expanding and competitively hiring sales representatives and managers for our agencies.

The ideal Candidate can:

Identify and respond to client needs. Keep a high level of high level of knowledge about existing products and services, also learn about new products and services as they come in. Anticipate the needs of clients and address them accordingly. Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Establish relationships with new customers. Excellent accountability.

Qualifications for this position:

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Confident and Charismatic approach to people. Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database application.

Compensation:

Weekly pay Monthly Residual Income Bonus opportunities

Annual Pay:

$50,000 – $75,000 per year
