Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients within your territory to drive sales growth. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility in the market. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing our products and services. Experience Proven experience in sales or account management is preferred. Strong understanding of territory management principles and practices. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
