The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities, engage in cold calling, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outside sales efforts. Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calling and networking, to generate leads and close deals. Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales management team to create and implement strategic business development plans. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client sites Conduct needs assessments and present customized security solutions to meet clients’ needs Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Work independently to manage a sales territory, with minimal supervision Provide regular sales reports and updates to management Experience Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales, preferably in a F2F and B2B sales environment. 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the security industry Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities Minimal High school diploma or equivalent required Proficient reading and writing skills in English Spanish language skills are a plus (ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and prospects) Strong background in business development with a focus on territory management and retail sales. Familiarity with cold calling techniques and effective communication skills is essential. Experience in managing a sales territory effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
