This is a high-impact sales role for driven,results-oriented professionals to focus on residential and smallbusiness markets through strategic door-to-door outreach

The target annual pay for highly motivated salesindividuals is $79,400. This includes a base salary of $35,000 plusa target commission of $3,700 a month. High performers have thepotential to earn more than $100,000 annually.

  • What you’ll do
  • -As aSecurity Sales Consultant at SafeTouch Security, you will be adriving force in expanding our market presence by selling a diverserange of integrated security systems to residential and smallbusiness customers.

Your responsibilities will include identifyingnew business opportunities, managing customer relationships, andproviding customized security solutions. A proactive, self-drivenapproach is essential, as most leads are self-generated.

You’llalso:

Develop strategic action plans to achieve businesstargets

  • -Increase market share by selling SafeTouch’s integratedsecurity solutions to new and existing residential, small, andmedium-sized business customers.

Strengthen the service agreementbase by renewing and expanding existing customer serviceagreements.

Lead and contribute to the technical development,pricing, and presentation of comprehensive proposals.

Activelyparticipate in and lead customer presentations/systemsdemonstrations using technical knowledge, sales skills, andbusiness acumen.

Establish call plans and customer follow-upstrategies, applying effective time and territory managementtechniques.

Collaborate with internal resources to enhanceoperational delivery using customer feedback and industrytrends

  • -Work with Field Operations teams to ensure the properapplication of system products to meet customerexpectations.

Conduct market research on emerging technologiesimpacting regional markets.

Adhere to SafeTouch policies andprocedures in all project preparation and implementation.

Promoteand maintain a safe work environment.

Perform additional duties asrequired to support business needs.

Job Requirements

  • -High schooldiploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in sales or a relatedfield.

Knowledge of integrated security systems (intrusiondetection, surveillance, access controls, etc.

  • -ishelpful.

Experienced with MS Office, smartphones, iPads, andpersonal computers.

Comfortable with technology and learning newsoftware and systems.

Strong communication and interpersonalskills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Proactiveprospector, politely persistent, focused, action-oriented, andcompetitive.

Quickly develop an understanding of customer needsthrough asking the right questions, listening to their responses,and offering tailored solutions.

Work independently and as part of ateam.

Successful completion of state certifications within the first3 months, as required by law, to sell home security.

Pass a drugscreen and background check

  • -Valid driver’s license with a drivingrecord that meets insurance requirements
  • -Proof of personalvehicle insurance to include automobile liability and propertydamage coverage.

Reliable transportation.

Bilingual is aplus.

Physical Requirements

  • -Work both indoors and outdoors.

Remainstationary at a desk, standing, and moving from place to place forprolonged periods.

Move equipment and materials up to 25pounds.

Handle products, take notes, operate technology, and presentinformation.

Read documents and presentations using electronicdevices and hard copy materials, while interacting withothers.

Clearly hear conversations in person and over thephone.

Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations andinterpersonal interactions.

Drive to work, client sites, and asbusiness needs require.

Traverse uneven or slippery surfaces orboth.

Safely ascend and descend stairs as needed.

Bend, crouch, andreach to take counts and measurements.

Job Type:

Full-time,non-exempt

  • Work/Base Location
Tampa, FLWork Hours/Availability:

9 AM

  • 6 PM Monday through Friday.

Flexibility to accommodatecustomer schedules and occasional Saturdays, ifneeded.

Travel

  • -Mainly local, but there may be occasionalout-of-town travel for training, customer meetings, or industryevents
