This role is crucial for managing and converting incoming leads into booked appointments while fostering lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a client-focused mindset, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Lead Management & Conversion:
Respond to and manage all incoming leads generated through Google Ads, organic search, social media, and other advertising platforms. Quickly follow up on inquiries via phone, text, or email to engage potential clients and understand their needs. Educate clients on the services and treatments we offer, highlighting benefits and addressing any questions or concerns. Use persuasive techniques to convert leads into appointments for consultations or treatments.
Appointment Booking:
Schedule and confirm appointments using the company’s scheduling software. Ensure accurate and timely booking of all appointments while maintaining detailed records of interactions with clients.
Client Retention & Relationship Building:
Work on client retention reports to re-engage past clients and encourage repeat visits. Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to build relationships, provide updates on promotions, and inform them of new services. Address and resolve any client concerns to ensure a positive experience and maintain high satisfaction.
Data Management & Reporting:
Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates and appointment booking performance. Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and management teams to improve lead quality and client engagement strategies. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role (experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. Highly organized, with excellent time management and attention to detail. Proficient in using scheduling and CRM software (experience with [insert software used] is preferred). Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to lead follow-up and appointment setting.
