Join the Dyer Chevy Fort Pierce Team as an Automotive Internet Specialist (BDC) Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service? Dyer Chevrolet Fort Pierce is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Internet Specialist to join our Business Development Center (BDC). In this essential role, you’ll help connect customers to the right vehicle and guide them through their automotive journey with professionalism, energy, and a personal touch. About the Role As an Automotive Internet Specialist , you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our online and phone customers. Your role is to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and set the tone for a positive experience. Working closely with our sales team, you’ll help turn inquiries into showroom visits and ensure every customer feels valued from the very first interaction.
What You’ll Do Engage Customers :
Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
Share Expertise :
Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, models, features, and pricing to deliver accurate information.
Set Appointments :
Schedule and confirm showroom visits and test drives, helping move customers through the buying process.
Manage Leads :
Maintain thorough records in the CRM with timely follow-ups and complete lead tracking.
Support Sales :
Provide the sales team with qualified leads and insights that help drive success. What You Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent phone etiquette and customer service instincts Proficiency with CRM systems or a strong willingness to learn Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and a solution-focused mindset Previous dealership or BDC experience is a plus, but not required Why Dyer?
