Automotive Salesperson TR-V Motors 4501 South Us Highway 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34982 TRV Motors is expanding! We’re looking for two motivated Sales Representatives to join our close-knit team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) speakers strongly encouraged to apply. No experience? No problem! If you’ve got hustle and people skills, we’ll show you the rest. TRV Motors is a family-owned used car dealership that opened just a few months ago and we’re already growing. We run a lean, focused operation with a no-nonsense approach to selling used cars. High commission rate:
12.5% of gross profit Zero pressure tactics, just honest sales Strong walk-in traffic and qualified leads Tight-knit crew where everyone pulls their weight Plenty of room to grow with us What You’ll Be Doing Greet and assist customers on the lot Learn each customer’s needs and guide them to the right vehicle Conduct test drives and walkarounds Stay up-to-date on inventory and features Follow up with leads via call, text, or in person Help customers through the full buying process What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and reliable work ethic Basic computer and phone communication skills Strong people skills – friendly, honest, and persuasive Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred Must have a valid driver’s license Weekend availability is a must
