Negotiation Full Job Description Overview:

Blackout Coffee Co. is seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to grow our footprint in retail stores, cafes, offices, and distributors. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a hunters mindset and strong relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for bringing in new accounts, maintaining client relationships, expanding product penetration, and even assisting with product delivery for smaller accounts. Responsibilities Prospect and open new wholesale accounts (retailers, cafes, offices, distributors, etc.) Educate leads on Blackout Coffees premium product offerings and value proposition Ensure first orders meet $500 minimum to qualify as active accounts Assist new clients with product selection, POS materials, and onboarding Maintain and grow relationships to maximize reorder frequency and product assortment Suggest and support local marketing initiatives to drive sales at the account level Coordinate deliveries to smaller accounts directly (using personal vehicle) Arrange freight/distributor fulfillment for larger accounts Maintain a ledger of mileage and delivery-related travel for gas card reimbursements Attend industry events or local networking opportunities when relevant

Compensation:
Base Pay:

$400/week

New Account Bonus:

$50 for every new account with a minimum $500 first order Commission on

Sales:

5% on all sales (initial + reorders) up to $100,000 per month 1% on sales exceeding $100,000/month

Gas Card:

Provided; rep must submit mileage and trip log regularly

Qualifications:

Proven track record in CPG, food/beverage, or related B2B sales Strong understanding of retail and distribution sales cycles Excellent communication and presentation skills Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to work independently Reliable transportation for in-person visits and deliveries Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
