Join Us We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to expand our outreach in the Port St. Lucie area. This role is ideal for someone with an active referral network and a passion for connecting clients to life-changing care. You’ll work independently and strategically to increase visibility, build partnerships, and drive admissions to our residential program. Requirements Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or eating disorder treatment field Strong network and book of business in Port St. Lucie or surrounding areas Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and relationship-building skills CRM proficiency and experience tracking referral metrics Background in admissions, outreach, or community-based marketing is highly valued Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Responsibilities Generate referrals by building strong relationships with local therapists, hospitals, schools, and other community partners Represent the program at outreach events, conferences, and provider meetings Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources Track and report outreach efforts and results using CRM tools Collaborate with admissions and clinical teams to ensure timely and effective client transitions Serve as a knowledgeable resource on program offerings, clinical philosophy, and treatment outcomes
