Overview:

Wet Out Restoration is a fast-growing, customer-focused restoration company specializing in water, mold, fire, and reconstruction services. Our team is committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional restoration services to residential and commercial clients. We’re looking for a driven, outgoing Business Development Representative to grow our water restoration business by building relationships with referral sources such as plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, realtors, and commercial property owners.

Your Mission:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with key referral sources which will result in more jobs by being face of our company in the community by visiting (insurance agents, property managers, realtors, local businesses, creating referral partnerships, and helping keep our brand top of mind.

Responsibilities:

Visit 10-15 referral partners per day (plumbers, PMs, adjusters, etc.) Build and maintain relationships through regular check-ins, emails, calls, and visits. Track and report leads generated from referrals. Organize small events, lunch-and-learns, or drop-offs with branded materials. Represent the company professionally in the field and at networking events.

Ideal Candidate:

Outgoing, self-motivated, and persistent. Organized with good follow-up habits. Experience in restoration, real estate, property management, or B2B sales is a big plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business relationships with potential clients and referral partners. Visit insurance agencies, real estate offices, property management firms, and other potential lead sources to promote Wet Out Restoration’s services. Schedule and attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions to build brand presence. Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics. Track all leads, contacts, and activities using the company CRM system. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to job scheduling. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a knowledgeable resource about our restoration services.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in business development, sales, or restoration industry preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with in-person networking and cold outreach. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
