As a Dealer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating transactions, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your ability to engage with clients and support their needs will be key to your success in this role. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Facilitate sales transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing and financing options. Provide support in managing inventory and maintaining organized displays. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective public speaking. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize dealership software for tracking sales, customer interactions, and inventory management. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or dealership environments is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for handling transactions and pricing calculations. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Multilingual abilities , enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in public speaking situations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement. Familiarity with sales support processes and dealership software is advantageous.
