Job Description:

We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Roof Sales Representatives. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to become proficient in conducting roof inspections, educating homeowners about our products, and closing sales. This is a commission-only position with high earning potential for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities:

Perform roof inspections to assess the condition and recommend appropriate solutions. Educate homeowners on the benefits of our roofing products and services. Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and other sales strategies. Conduct sales presentations and effectively communicate our value proposition. Close sales and achieve revenue targets. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

No previous sales experience required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a commission-based role. Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic sales environment. Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and walking on roofs. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
