The Inside Sales Team Representative plays a vital role in the success of TAMCO by ensuring excellent customer experiences and seamless order processing. This position requires daily interaction with customers, team members, warehouse staff, product specialists, and factory managers to fulfill orders and address inquiries efficiently. As an Inside Sales Team Representative , you will:
Customer Support :
Answer incoming phone calls and provide direct, responsive support to ensure customer needs are met.
Order Management :
Process Will Calls and ensure Must-Ship orders are completed by 2 PM daily. Handle incoming purchase orders, verifying accuracy and deliverability in communication with customers. Strive to complete and zero out your order queue by the end of each day.
Communication and Follow-Up :
Properly route ETA requests and ensure timely follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaboration :
Partner with Product Specialists to facilitate technical support access. Work alongside the Sales Team to enhance field services and maximize sales opportunities. Meet regularly with your Team Lead to review performance and address workflow improvements.
Upselling :
Identify opportunities to maximize upselling whenever possible.
CRM Utilization :
Log all customer interactions in Salesforce to ensure tracking and accountability.
Customer Advocacy :
Deliver exceptional customer service and act as an advocate for customers when necessary.
Workflow Improvements :
Collaborate with the Inside Sales Lead/Manager to identify and implement workflow enhancements.
Additional Duties :
Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the team and meet departmental objectives. To succeed as an Inside Sales Team Representative , you will be expected to meet the following standards:
Order Processing :
Ensure that all orders are fully processed by the end of each business day.
Call Logging :
Accurately log all customer interactions and calls in Salesforce daily. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Demonstrate measurable improvement in weekly KPI deliverables, reflecting enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Customer Satisfaction :
