Inside Sales Representative (PSL) A&B Pipe and Supply, Inc. 710 NW Enterprise Drive, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986 Excellent opportunity for hardworking motivated Sales Professional in our Port Lucie distribution center. Need enthusiastic sales professionals seeking challenging, well compensated customer service jobs with South Florida’s leading wholesale distributor of pipes, valves and fittings.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides quotes to established a new customer over the phone and in-person.
• Issues sales orders for stock as well as special order materials sourced.
• Captures incremental sales by offering creative solutions and alternatives to satisfy needs.
• Works in problem resolution and service issues to improve customer experience.
• Receives and responds to inquiries regarding product application & specifications.
• Increases sales by actively seeking new orders from key customers.
• Monitors market conditions thru customer interaction and vendor interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years Inside Sales experience with strong closing skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Product knowledge of Pipes Valves and Fittings and Water Utility Markets.

TRAINING PROVIDED.

• Strong phone presence and experience handling heavy incoming call volume.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Bilingual a plus.

NOT REQUIRED.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
