In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. You will leverage your skills in B2B sales, account management, and technical sales to deliver exceptional service and drive growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market dynamics and have experience with Salesforce to effectively analyze data and manage customer relationships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth within the territory. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Execute technical sales presentations and product demos to showcase the value of our offerings. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
