•Exquisite Pool & Spa specializes in custom designed swimming pools, spas and outdoor living spaces. We are seeking an experienced design consultant and outside sales representative to help us grow our business as we expand throughout the state of Florida. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead major growth expansion. In this job, you will operate as a 1099 contractor and be paid by commission. Most leads are supplied by the company.

Job Requirements:

5+ years successful experience in fast-paced, top-level sales 1+ year experience in Swimming Pool Industry (preferred) Must have reliable transportation with valid driver’s license Must be able to pass drug test/have clean background report Pool Studio experience preferred

Uncapped commissions Potential first-year earnings above $100K First-class sales incentive trips Generous bonuses Duties Conduct “Design Consultation” where you as the salesperson meets with the customer and explains the features and merits of pool ownership After assessing customer needs and expectations, you will design and recommend a backyard pool, utilizing professional pool design software. Conduct immediate follow-up to all leads and schedule follow up appointments Conduct “Design Presentation” where you as the design consultant present the company, provide differentiation, and explain the process of building a pool to the prospective customer Provide a completed contract packet to the business manager for approval Be present at Day of Dig and Day of Gunite to walk customers and construction managers through the job phases Build referral relationships Exceed customer expectations Are you a smart and driven sales professional who is looking for an opportunity to make a great income in pool sales?
