Role We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to expand our services in key areas across the state of Florida including: property management, funeral services, hoarding cleanup, municipal contracts, and restoration partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying substantial earning potential. Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and outreach. Qualify leads and assess their needs, budget, and timeline. Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations. Negotiate and close sales contracts. Maintain a robust pipeline of active opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM. Meet or exceed revenue targets Skills and Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in property management, restoration, or biohazard/hoarding cleanup industries. Proficiency in using CRM software Proficiency with Google Suite including Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Familiarity with Biohazard Cleanup, Hoarding Cleanup, Restoration, Property Management & Government/Municipal contracts is a huge plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of $50,000•75,000 annually (based on experience) Commission opportunities available based on new revenue and revenue target achievements, with potential for higher commissions on larger/recurring jobs. Paid trial period or project-based start for mutual fit.
