Ignite Cannabis is a leading cannabis brand focused on delivering premium THCA flower, pre-rolls, and edibles to the market. With an aggressive expansion strategy and a unique approach to branding and sales, we are looking for driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representatives to grow our presence in Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland.

The Role:

As an Outside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and closing sales deals with smoke shops, dispensaries, and wholesalers in your assigned territory. This is a remote position with local travel , meaning you’ll have the flexibility to create your schedule while actively working in the field to grow sales.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in your assigned region Meet with retail buyers, showcase our products, and secure orders Educate clients on our product benefits and competitive advantages Manage accounts, follow up with prospects, and build long-term relationships Use HubSpot CRM to log activities, track deals, and organize sales efforts Attend industry events and stay ahead of cannabis market trends

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience preferred (cannabis, liquor, tobacco, or wholesale experience a plus) Highly motivated, independent, and strong negotiation skills Reliable transportation for travel within your territory Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM software is a plus
