The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating insurance claims, determining the validity of claims, and ensuring that all processes comply with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities. As an Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our claims process while providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Evaluate and analyze insurance claims to determine their validity and coverage under policy terms. Conduct thorough investigations into claims, including gathering evidence, interviewing claimants, and reviewing documentation. Utilize estimating tools to assess damages and determine appropriate compensation amounts. Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives to reach fair resolutions. Maintain organized records of all claims processed, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from claimants throughout the claims process… Requirements Proven experience in auto estimating or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of workers’ compensation law and regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong analytical skills to assess complex information and make informed decisions. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism in all interactions. Proficiency in financial software for efficient claims processing is a plus.
