Under the guidance of CEO and President, Mitchel Hirsch, the company has expanded nationally from its roots in the tristate area and we are hoping to find talented reps to help us cultivate our presence across the nation. We’re proud to be authorized to produce Varilux, Crizal, Shamir, IOT, Unity, and Kodak here in-house, as well as be a VSP contract lab. We like to think that we’re big enough to do it all, but small enough to get to know our clients and their unique needs. Role Description This is a full-time remote role in Florida for an Outside Sales Representative at MH Optical Labs. The role involves conducting sales presentations, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively, and developing new business opportunities. Qualifications 1-2 years of outside sales experience Experience in the optical industry Sales Presentations and New Business Development skills Relationship Building and Customer Service skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision and meet sales targets Possess a reliable automobile (we won’t leave you on the hook for all your travel expenses) Able to research areas to find prospects to cultivate Basic computer knowledge, primarily Excel and Word to make and use reports, but also review and edit our CRM Able to be reached by MH or your customers within reasonable business hours ABO is a plus Passionate and willing to learn; if you’ve never been on the lens-side, that’s okay, you’ll learn from the best (“the best”, of course, being us) If any of this sounds like it could be a good fit for your new adventure, please let us know! Pay is highly variable based on if candidate chooses full-time or 1099 employment, as well as commission.
