This position covers the

FL, AL & AR

market, is home based & requires heavy, continuous travel throughout those 3 states. Previous hearth product sales experience is a major plus! In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales, leveraging your skills in account management and technical sales to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Negotiate and close sales effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies. Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing ongoing support and addressing any client concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services. Track sales activities, report on performance metrics, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in an outside sales capacity. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Excellent account management capabilities, ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Familiarity with technical sales processes and product knowledge relevant to the hearth industry. Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client needs. Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
