Sales Representative AiroDigital LLC Miami-Dade County, FL AiroDigital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses grow online through high-converting websites and local SEO. We’re expanding aggressively and need sharp, hungry sales reps to join our in-person team in Miami. What You’ll Do Cold call local and national small businesses daily Book and run virtual and in-person strategy calls Sell our monthly website/SEO subscription packages Follow up and manage pipeline in CRM Hit monthly KPIs and earn performance bonuses What We’re Looking For Prior outbound sales or cold calling experience (B2B preferred) Strong communication and closing skills Goal-oriented, coachable, and self-driven Comfortable making 75-100 dials/day and running 1-3 calls/day Local to South Florida and able to work full-time in office What You’ll Get $50K-$55K base salary Uncapped commissions $48,000-$216,000 Full training and mentorship Promotions tied to performance Fast-paced, performance-driven culture If you’re serious about building a real sales career, not just collecting a paycheck — and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone — we want to hear from you.
