As we expand our operations in the United States, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our remote team in a commission-only capacity.

Position Overview:

This is a commission-only position offering unlimited earning potential. It is ideal for a motivated and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively conduct outbound calls and outreach to identify and engage potential clients Research and identify businesses in need of staffing solutions Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through consistent outreach and follow-up Present and promote Coppersmith Recruitment’s services to key decision-makers Develop strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets Strong time management and organizational skills Familiarity with recruitment or staffing services is beneficial but not required
