Business Sales Representative Starfruit Express Daytona Beach, FL 32121

Position Overview:

Too many companies today underpay employees, offer little growth, and overlook hard workers. We’ve been there ourselves and we’re flipping the script. You’ll start as an external contractor earning hourly pay plus commission, and after 3 months, you’ll be given the option to advance into a full-time salaried position, complete with benefits and equity in the company. As a Restaurant Sales Rep, you’ll connect with restaurant owners, diagnose their delivery challenges, and introduce a better way: lower costs, better service, and cutting-edge tech that helps them thrive. Key Responsibilities :
  • Visit local restaurants to introduce our logistics service, collect data, and identify potential customers.
  • Build relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and decision-makers to understand their pain points and delivery needs.
  • Pitch our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Track all outreach efforts in CRM software to maintain organized records and follow-ups.
  • Follow up with leads to convert initial interest into long-term customers.
Requirements :
  • Transportation:

    Must have reliable transportation for traveling to nearby cities and visiting multiple restaurant locations.

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with restaurant owners and managers.

  • Sales Experience:

    Previous sales experience is preferred.

  • Restaurant Industry Knowledge:

Compensation :
  • $18•24/hr base + commission per client onboarded (depending on experience)•Incentives for meeting or exceeding outreach and sales goals.
