- Follow up on all leads in a timely manner
- Uncover the priorities of the buyers by doing a needsassessment (fact-finding conversation) and then locate homes thatmatch their needs and wants and show them the homes
- Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, collaborative,servant-leader approach
Qualifications:
