SE Snack Distributors (Utz) has an immediate opening for a PT and FT Independent Route Sales / Delivery Person to work from our sales distribution center located in the Milledgeville, GA area . The position requires an entrepreneurial spirit to maximize sales and drive market share by selling a full line of quality snack food products to current and potential customers within an assigned route. Part Time – Eatonton / Greensboro. 28-32 hours a week. Saturday mandatory. Pay $450 – $750 weekly. Ideal candidate will live in Milledgeville area or Eatonton / Greensboro area. Full Time – Milledgeville. 40-48 hours a week. Saturday mandatory. Pay $750-$1100 weekly. Key Responsibilities Visit customers on a regular basis to sell, deliver and perform sales-related activities. Engage store decision maker and offer recommendations to increase ROI by displaying a full line of Utz products. Assess on-site product inventory and determines recommended sales/purchase quantities and varieties of product necessary to maintain adequate product presence. Upsell and introduce new Utz products as appropriate to new and current customers. Identify existing opportunities and new in-store product locations for increased product visibility and to motivate customers towards additional product purchases. Participate in the negotiation of product prices, location, displays, and mix. Solicit, process, and instantly fulfill product orders associated with his or her sales. Build professional and lasting relationships with key store management. Requirements Must be at least 25 years of age. Previous Direct Store Delivery and sales experience preferred. Requires a valid driver’s license. Must be able to operate a route sales delivery step van in a safe and competent manner. Requires the ability to lift, carry and transport products into accounts through the use of a hand truck in order to fulfill RSP’s own sales.
