Base + Commission (TBD) | On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 – $100,000 POSITION SUMMARY Ready to drive business and make an impact? As our Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of growth. Developing new accounts, nurturing existing clients, and closing deals that matter. You’ll flex your communication skills to build long-lasting relationships and use your sharp instincts to identify opportunities before they knock. From negotiating prices to preparing polished proposals, you’re the key to our sales success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with both potential and existing clients. Proactively identify new business through networking, cold calling, and creative outreach strategies. Implement smart sales strategies that get results. Become an expert on our products. Know them inside and out. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, terms, and bid specs. Track and report on performance metrics, pricing updates, and client interactions. Tackle other sales-related projects and tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred (but hustle matters more than a degree).
Work Experience:
1-2 years of experience in the pallet industry or related sales experience.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Rock-solid communication both verbal and written. Confident negotiator with a knack for closing deals. Product-savvy with strong business acumen. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proven relationship-builder and networker.
Tech-friendly:
experience with HubSpot, Excel, and Google Workspace preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Mix of office time and field travel. Must be comfortable with regular cold calling and in-person visits within a 100-mile radius of zip code 30184. Some travel outside 100-mile radius may be required on case by case basis. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (nothing too crazy, just part of the job). Other duties may come up. We’re a flexible team and value team players who can adapt as needed.
