TheOutside Sales Representative’s primary goal is to closenew/reactivated business to meet or exceed the company goals. A fewkey responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative include,but are not limited to the following:

• Increase billable hours,total sales dollars, and gross profit through focused salesstrategies and closing new accounts
• Generate new business throughoutside sales activities including cold calling, prospecting,territory planning, and client relationship building
• Exceed goalsof new/reactivated clients per quarter
• Generate increases ingross profit from new/reactivated clients
• Preparation of proposalprocess for clients to include pricing, agreement negotiations, andclient presentations
• Promote branch awareness by creating andmaintaining community relationships and involvement and doing coldcalling
• Document all sales active daily for potential and newclients

Requirements:

• MUST have prior outside Sales experienceand experience working with CRM software.
• MUST have priorexperience with cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Prior experience in Staffing industry, preferred but not required
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.

Life Insurance Salary:
