We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Luxury BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships and driving sales opportunities through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels with professionalism and enthusiasm. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to showroom visit. Build rapport and establish lasting relationships with prospective customers, providing detailed information about our luxury vehicle inventory and dealership services. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and follow up on leads effectively. Collaborate closely with sales managers and dealership staff to maximize lead conversion rates and achieve sales targets. Stay informed about luxury automotive trends, product features, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with customers. Uphold the dealership’s standards of customer service excellence and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a BDC or customer service role within the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with high-net-worth individuals. Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
