In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to generate new business, directly closing sales, and scheduling appointments for our Enterprise Solutions Consultants. You will present Acom’s solutions effectively to potential clients, guiding them through the sales process and securing commitments on the spot. Additionally, you’ll identify sales opportunities, conduct customer health checks, and address any concerns to improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets while building lasting customer relationships. You’ll approach each interaction with a proactive mindset, helping customers understand how Acom’s products can benefit their business or home, while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ensuring customers are getting full value from their services.

Key Responsibilities:
    Outbound Sales Calls:

    Spearhead outbound sales calls to current and prospective customers, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.

      Product Presentation:

      Expertly present Acom’s products and services during telephone interactions, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.

        Appointment Setting:

        Diligently conduct appointment setting activities to facilitate further discussions between potential clients and Solutions Consultants.

          Customer Health Checks:

          Conduct regular wellness checks to evaluate the status of customer accounts and ensure they are utilizing the full benefits of Acom’s products and services.

            Build Long-Term Relationships:

            Establish strong, trust-based relationships with customers by providing a personalized service and recommending additional products or services that enhance their experience.

              Proactive Issue Resolution:

              Identify and address any dissatisfaction or concerns that customers may have, offering solutions to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

                Lead Generation:

                Proactively identify leads through outbound calls and effectively allocate them to the appropriate Solutions Consultants.

                  Support Lead Generation Initiatives:

                  Enhance company lead generation initiatives through strategic outbound dialing efforts.

                    Customer Service Support:

                    Provide auxiliary support to the customer service team when needed, maintaining our high standards of excellence. What You Bring to the

                            Qualifications:
                              Experience:

                              Prior experience in inside sales, especially with outbound dialing and appointment setting, is required.

                                Etiquette:

                                Minimum 1 year of experience in professional phone etiquette

                                  Inside Sales:

                                  Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales.
