Inside Sales- Surveying or Construction experience needed Ironstone Surveying / Ironstone Consulting & Design Jackson, GA 30233
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative with experience in surveying, and/or construction , to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, preparing quotes, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. An ideal candidate will be confident in discussing technical services, interpreting site plans or scopes of work, and supporting a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming inquiries and generate new business through outbound calls and follow-ups Prepare accurate and timely proposals, estimates, and quotes based on project requirements Understand and clearly communicate company services (e.g., land surveys, site planning, construction staking, etc.) Collaborate with project coordinators, survey crews, and CAD teams to ensure timely service delivery Maintain CRM records, track sales activity, and report weekly metrics Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional manner Stay informed about local development trends, permitting requirements, and competitive activity
Qualifications:
2+ years of inside sales or client service experience Industry experience in land surveying, construction, or site development strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and understand legal descriptions, plats, and site plans is a plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) At Ironstone Surveying, we provide precision-driven land surveying and consulting services across residential, commercial, and municipal projects.
