Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing carrier partners Source carriers and negotiate competitive rates to maximize profitability Manage the full cycle of carrier engagement including booking, tracking, and ensuring on-time delivery Communicate proactively with internal teams and carriers to resolve issues and avoid service failures Monitor transportation trends, pricing, and market conditions to stay competitive Use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track loads, document activities, and manage data Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to carrier sales and load coverage Collaborate with operations, customer service, and account management teams to ensure seamless logistics execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, a plus but not required 1+ year of experience in carrier sales, logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation industry, preferred Proficiency in Transportation Management Software (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage relationships #IND123
