Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Roofing Consultants to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with sales experience or a background in roofing, construction, or customer service. As a Roofing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads, conducting inspections, and guiding clients through the roofing process.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities. Conduct free roof inspections and assess damage or potential issues. Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claim processes. Provide detailed estimates and close sales using a consultative approach. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure smooth project execution. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.

Requirements:

Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement, or similar industries). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Comfortable with in-person client interactions and property inspections. Ability to climb ladders and assess roofs. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.

Compensation:
